The apartments were well-equipped and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Getting to the bus stop and city center was easy, as they were located within walking distance. the breakfast was delicious and the spa area was a true highlight, providing an excellent place to relax after a day out in the cold.
The lack of dinner options at the hotel was a bit disappointing, particularly as options in the surrounding area were limited during off-season.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop and the city center. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, especially the spa area which was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel had a lovely view of the mountains. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location was perfect for a romantic escape, surrounded by stunning mountain views and crystal-clear rivers. the room was cozy and had a good selection of teas and coffee. the complimentary breakfast buffet and refreshing drinks were a bonus.
The room was not properly cleaned and there were several stains on the bedding and carpet. the staff was not very friendly and did not provide much information about the area, which left us feeling lost and confused at times.

Hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. The apartment was stunningly designed, spacious, and has a fantastic view. The host provided fresh bread every morning, adding a homely touch to the stay. Transport in and around the city was convenient. There were plenty of outlets for all our electronics.

We went for a romantic escape to a newly built apartment hotel in Austria. The apartment was spacious and we loved the view of the mountains from our window. The spa was very relaxing and offered a sauna and Turkish bath. We also enjoyed the location right by the river, perfect for morning walks.
The staff was not friendly or welcoming, they didn't seem interested in making our stay enjoyable. , there were not many dining options nearby and we had to eat fast food for dinner more than once.
